Change Management Lead – AI-Powered Omnichannel Engagement Transformation
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive organizational adoption, business readiness, and workforce transformation for a large-scale AI-powered Omnichannel Engagement initiative within a global healthcare environment.
This role will be instrumental in enabling the successful adoption of new operating models, AI-enabled workflows, data-driven decision-making processes, and omnichannel engagement capabilities across Marketing, Commercial, Data, Analytics, and Technology organizations.
The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise transformation experience, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, executive influence, and expertise leading organizational change in complex, highly regulated, matrixed environments.
Program Overview
The organization is undertaking a strategic transformation to establish an AI-powered Omnichannel Engagement Platform that connects customer data, content, channels, and interactions into a unified intelligence layer.
This initiative will transform how healthcare professionals, patients, and commercial teams engage across digital and human channels through the use of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, customer intelligence, personalization, and next-best-action recommendations.
The Change Management Lead will ensure organizational adoption keeps pace with technology transformation and that business stakeholders successfully transition to new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Transformation Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall Change Management Strategy for the AI-powered Omnichannel Engagement transformation.
- Drive organizational readiness and adoption planning across impacted business functions.
- Partner with executive leadership to align change activities with strategic transformation objectives.
- Support operating model evolution and AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Alignment
- Build and maintain stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, and influence strategies.
- Establish strong partnerships with senior business leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Data, Analytics, and Technology functions.
- Facilitate leadership alignment workshops, decision-making sessions, and transformation communications.
- Create and sustain change champion networks across the organization.
Organizational Readiness & Adoption
- Conduct organizational impact assessments to identify changes to processes, roles, capabilities, and ways of working.
- Assess business readiness and adoption risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Design and implement readiness assessments and change health evaluations throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensure sustainable adoption and long-term behavioral change across impacted teams.
Communications & Employee Engagement
- Design and execute enterprise-wide communication strategies that clearly articulate the transformation vision, objectives, benefits, and progress.
- Develop executive communications, leadership messaging, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Create targeted communications tailored to different stakeholder groups and organizational levels.
Training & Enablement
- Develop training, learning, and enablement strategies to support adoption of new platforms, processes, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Coordinate development of role-based learning paths and business readiness programs.
- Ensure leaders and end users are equipped to operate effectively within the transformed environment.
Measurement & Value Realization
- Define and monitor change adoption KPIs, business readiness metrics, and value realization indicators.
- Track organizational adoption, engagement, proficiency, and transformation outcomes.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to program leadership and executive sponsors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Executive Program Lead, Data Strategy SMEs, Product Management, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Technology teams.
- Ensure alignment between technology deployment, business readiness, and organizational adoption activities.
- Support integration of change management practices into overall program governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise change management and business transformation programs.
- Proven experience supporting Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI, CRM, MarTech, Customer Engagement, or Commercial Transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of established change management methodologies and frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success developing enterprise communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Experience operating within complex, highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or Financial Services.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business impacts into actionable change plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Technology organizations.
- Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, or Enterprise Data Platform transformations.
- Prosci Change Management Certification.
- Experience supporting global transformation programs across multiple regions and markets.
- Experience driving adoption of omnichannel customer engagement platforms and customer intelligence solutions.
