About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Change Agent Interns to support change initiatives across the business. The successful candidates will assist with implementing change management activities, stakeholder engagement, communication, and supporting teams through transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support change management initiatives and projects
- Assist with communication and engagement plans
- Coordinate and track change-related activities
- Support workshops, training sessions, and meetings
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and feedback analysis
- Work closely with various stakeholders across the business
Qualifications and Experience:
- Recently completed qualification in: Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Change Management, Organisational Development or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to change
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
