Job Description
- Provide visible, inspirational financial leadership across the group, including operating entities and the holding company
- Design, implement, and embed fit-for-purpose financial structures, policies, and procedures in a high‑paced environment
- Build, mentor, and lead a capable finance team, fostering accountability, confidence, and growth
- Oversee group consolidations, ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful financial reporting
- Partner closely with Directors as a trusted commercial advisor, supporting strategic and creative decision‑making
- Establish robust budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management processes that support a dynamic business model
- Manage inter‑company relationships, funding structures, and financial alignment across entities
- Strengthening governance, controls, and risk frameworks without slowing down the business
- Drive continuous improvement, bringing calm, clarity, and momentum to a complex and evolving organisation
