CDL Class B Hazmat Route Driver – Local Route (No Overnights)
Starting Pay: $28.45 per hour
Guaranteed 40 hours per week Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

American Compressed Gases Inc., serving the Tri-State area since 1953, is looking for a dependable CDL Class B Driver with Hazmat Endorsement to run a local delivery route transporting compressed gas cylinders to hospitals, labs, and commercial customers throughout NYC and Westchester.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Local deliveries of compressed gas cylinders (Hazmat)
- No overnight trips — home every day
- Monday through Friday route work
- Delivering to hospitals, labs, universities, and businesses
- Using proper Hazmat procedures for loading/unloading
- Maintaining delivery paperwork and vehicle inspections
Driver Requirements
✔ Valid CDL Class B License
✔ Hazmat Endorsement – REQUIRED
✔ Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
✔ Clean driving record
✔ Safety-focused and reliable
Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $28.45 per hour
Guaranteed 40 hours per week Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
