Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading a team effectively
- Overseeing daily kitchen and lunch service operations
- Placing and managing stock orders
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service delivery
- Administrative and computer-based duties
- Maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within the unit
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in Catering
Or hospitality industry
- Chef qualification or Hospitality Qualification required
- Experience leading and motivating a team
- Basic cooking and food service experience
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport(non-negotiable)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Available immediately
