Duties
- Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional service with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for quick checkouts.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented.
- Advise and educate customers on seafood products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout area for a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, giving correct change, and performing retail math calculations
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and patience in busy environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and perform light lifting as needed
- Experience in grocery store or similar retail environments is advantageous but not required
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers over the phone or in person

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
