Cake Zone requires a capable Cashier / Customer Service Consultant in our Rustenburg Mall branch
On a Daily Basis, the candidate will
– Serve confectionery products to customers
– Process sales transactions
– Take event cake orders from customers
– Prepare and pack confectionery products
– Handle customer issues
Requirements
– 2 Years previous Customer Service or Cashier experience
– Matric Qualification
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Self Motivated and Hand Working
– Honest and Trustworthy
– Adaptable and willing to help where the customer needs to be served
– Accuracy in dealing with money
– Ability to resolve customer complaints.
The candidate needs to be South African and live close to the store
Salary will be based on the skills and experience of the candidate
