Working Hours: Full-Time Mon – Friday │9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST

Salary: 800 – 1000 USD

About The Role

As our Case Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between clients and our care providers, playing a vital role in onboarding, supporting, and guiding clients throughout their health journeys. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, better health outcomes, and the overall success of our mission

Role Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial platform setup
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling between clients and care providers (coaches, therapists, etc.)
  • Provide ongoing client support and ensure consistent engagement
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with both clients and internal teams
  • Track progress and flag issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
  • Manage payment and collection schedules of clients – continuously coordinate with Sales and Clinical team based on updates
  • Follow up with vendors for lab work and keep stakeholders informed
  • Creation of reports (in Excel) to keep track of client progress and administrative work/tasks

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in case management, client success, or related roles; Healthcare experience is a strong advantage
  • Background in ‘Healthcare’ or a ‘genuine personal interest’ in the field, with the ability to explain complex, high-level program concepts clearly and effectively
  • Technically proficient, with experience using EHR systems, CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel), and other cloud-based tools
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills, with a clear and neutral accent
  • Ability to confidently engage, empathize, and build strong relationships with a diverse client base; ideally, an extroverted, Type A personality
  • Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with strong follow-through; project management experience is a plus
  • Adaptable, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
