Responsibilities
- Perform thorough carpet cleaning using advanced equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to remove stains, dirt, and allergens.
- Conduct comprehensive floor care including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to restore shine and prolong flooring lifespan.
- Execute janitorial and custodial duties such as trash removal, surface cleaning, disinfecting high-touch areas, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Operate commercial cleaning machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring all tasks meet quality standards.
- Inspect work areas post-cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction and identify any additional service needs.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning procedures to protect yourself, colleagues, and clients.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, supplies used, and any maintenance issues encountered for reporting purposes.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or environmental services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques, floor buffing, and general floor care is highly advantageous.
- Experience operating cleaning machinery such as extractors, buffers, or vacuums is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
