POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing
- Help manage and fix daily logistics software systems to keep operations smooth.
- Control system security settings and manage user profiles for the team.
- Answer and solve daily system helpdesk support tickets quickly.
- Write clear user guides and process documents for staff to follow.
- Organize system training sessions for teams when updates happen.
- Test new software changes and updates to make sure they work perfectly.
- Create regular data reports for managers to review business progress.
What You Need To Apply
- You must have a Matric certificate or an equivalent senior qualification.
- You must be proficient and have a good understanding of CARGOWISE.
- Good skills in using Microsoft Excel.
- A helpful attitude and the ability to solve problems calmly under pressure.
- The ability to work well on your own and with a team.
