Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Caregiver. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, monitoring their health and well-being, providing companionship, and supporting overall safety and comfort. The Caregiver will also assist with medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments as needed, ensuring clients maintain dignity and independence. Pay range is 50k upwards
Qualifications
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in providing personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Basic medical knowledge and ability to monitor and report health changes
- Organizational skills for meal preparation, medication reminders, and scheduling
- Ability to perform light housekeeping and assist with errands and transportation
- Relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or Caregiver Training are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior caregiving experience is advantageous
- Ability to work with a disabled
