Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience in a managerial role.
– Be well presented and able to communicate well with both customers and staff.
– A problem solver – must be able to resolve customer complaints and staff issues.
– Able to assist with the day to day running of a restaurant e.g., stock control, etc.
– Reliable and punctual.
– A team player and leader.
– Ensure compliance with all regulations.
– Recruit, hire, and train staff.
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff.
Recruits need to have a clear criminal record and be in a position to pass a site specific medical examination as these checks have to be complied with.
