The Role:
Candidate Resourcer
This role focuses on the strategic sourcing and engagement of Analysts and Associates across global investment banks. You will play a critical role in mapping the North American banking landscape, identifying passive talent, and delivering insight-led candidate packs for high-value mandates. This position is ideal for a detail-driven headhunter with deep curiosity about the financial markets and a polished communication style.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years experience in candidate-led or research-based recruitment
- Proactively headhunt passive talent from elite banking firms globally
- Conduct screening calls to assess both technical credibility and motivations
- Build and maintain detailed market maps with focus on the North American investment banking market
- Identify business development leads through candidate conversations
- Write high-quality candidate reports and shortlist packs tailored to sophisticated clients
- Keep the internal database updated with meticulous accuracy
- 2+ years experience in headhunting, executive search, or research-driven recruitment
- Exposure to banking or professional services environments
- Strong understanding of investment banking terminology and deal cycles
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can build credibility with senior candidates
- Able to work independently in a fully remote setup
