Location: Umhlanga Ridge, Durban Position Type: Full-Time (Shift-based, aligning with UK business hours) Basic Salary: R7,500 per month + Uncapped Commission Job Overview We are looking for an experienced, high-performing UK Call Centre Agent ready to step into a hybrid management role. This is a unique "Package Deal" hiring requirement. To be considered for this role, you must apply alongside an intact, ready-to-work team of four (4) experienced UK outbound agents whom you will manage. You will act as a "Player-Coach." Your primary focus each day is to hit your own individual UK sales targets. Once your daily targets are met, your responsibility shifts to coaching, managing, and driving the performance of your 4-agent team. Key Requirements Proven UK Campaign Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience calling UK customers (Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, or Telecoms). This requirement applies to you and all 4 agents you bring. Neutral Accent: Excellent command of English with a clear, neutral accent suited for the UK market. The Team: You must have an established network of 4 reliable agents ready to sign contracts alongside you (their basic will be R5,500 + commission). Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, monitor live calls, and handle basic daily performance tracking for your 5-seat pod. Duties & Responsibilities 80% Production (Sales): Meet and exceed daily individual sales targets on our UK campaign. 20% Management (Coaching): Once your daily sales target is achieved, transition into managing your 4 agents. Performance Driving: Conduct live listening, provide real-time feedback, and motivate your team to hit their daily pod targets. Campaign Compliance: Ensure your entire team adheres to UK compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, TCF, and Ofcom rules). What We Offer Competitive Basics: R7,500 for you, and R5,500 for your agents.
