Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6)
- RE5 certification (non-negotiable)
- 2–5 years’ experience in a BPO / call centre / operations environment, preferably within the financial services industry
- 2–3 years’ leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems advantageous)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants
- Drive team performance to achieve targets and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement plans
- Handle escalations and resolve complex customer queries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
