Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6)
  • RE5 certification (non-negotiable)
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a BPO / call centre / operations environment, preferably within the financial services industry
  • 2–3 years’ leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems advantageous)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants
  • Drive team performance to achieve targets and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement plans
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex customer queries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
