Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town, South Africa, for a Records Retriever (Call Centre Position). The primary responsibilities include retrieving, managing, and maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely and appropriate file management, analyzing and verifying data, and supporting account reconciliation tasks. Clear and professional communication will be vital in managing document-related inquiries and ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Records Management and Document Management
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Account Reconciliation processes
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of call center processes and customer service experience is beneficial
- Proficient in relevant software for document and records handling
