Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Centre Customer Care representative based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The individual will address customer inquiries with professionalism, provide support to resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of interactions. The role involves effectively communicating with customers, analyzing their needs, and offering solutions to enhance the customer experience.

- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide exceptional experiences and solutions.
- Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers.
- Analytical Skills to assess customer concerns and troubleshoot effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools (preferred).
- Previous experience in a customer care or call center environment is an advantage.
