About the role:
We are seeking energetic and target-driven Call Centre Sales Agents to join an international wine sales team. Successful candidates will contact prospective and existing customers in the United Kingdom and United States of America to promote and sell wine, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
· Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
· Previous call centre, sales and or telesales work experience preferred.
· Knowledge of wine and industry would be beneficial (training to be provided).
· Firm understanding of marketing, sales & customer satisfaction.
· Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
· Own vehicle to travel to workplace in Durbanville for late-night and early-morning shifts.
· Ability to work, day and night shifts to make outgoing calls to customers in the UK and USA time zones.
· Sufficient in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to work under pressure in a diverse & fast-paced environment.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Reliable, punctual and customer focused.
