Summary:

Serves customers by taking telephone, fax and email orders. Provide

excellent service to customers by keeping them up to date with

product information on a regular basis. Recruit new customers and

grow existing customers through customer analysis.

FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Targets

 Meet agreed sales targets

 Meet sales & profit growth (Margin) targets on a monthly basis

 Facilitating the rebate process by offering rebates to those who qualify and explaining

the criteria

 Increase the number of active customers

Administration and Reporting

 Daily and Monthly reporting on sales, call cycles and customers performance

 Provide reports on new customers

 Maintain data integrity in terms of BP master data

 Load discounts , capture orders and update the CRM system

Customer Recruitment and Service

 Customer recruitment

 Service Existing Customers to grow their spent. (KEEP & GROW)

 Effective customers interaction, recruitment and maintenance through outbound call

Centre

 Credit offering to customers to grow sales

 Handle telephone calls efficiently

 Be knowledgeable about products and provide detailed & informed offering to customer

Teamwork and Self-Management

 Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are

consistently and accurately maintained

 Demonstrate consistent application of group and company procedures and policies

 Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands

 Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change

 Work with the broader core and site HR teams to support the overall HR strategy

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required for this

position:

 Matric

 1-2 years customer service experience

 Must be able to speak Portuguese
