Our company seeks client service personnel’s -We are looking for kind persons to be our client services representatives. In this job, you will make sure our clients feel important and supported. You will build good relationships with them, answer their questions, and make sure any complaints they have get to the right place quickly.
Responsibilities and Roles.
- Make sure clients have a good and professional experience with us.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Answer client questions via our platforms
- Send client complaints or hard questions to the right place quickly.
- Help clients with technical problems with our products and services.
- Stay in touch with clients and check on their orders.
- Keep track of client information and write down what we do for them.
Requirements
- You should be really good at giving clients professional, helpful, and friendly service.
- You should be able to work with other departments to help clients.
- You should be able to fix problems, give help, and suggest improvements.
Salary is market-related
· Basic salary (plus)
