Job Overview: We are seeking motivated Call Center Agent to join our remote telesales team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential customers, promote our products/services, and convert leads into sales. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Outreach:

  • Make 60-80 outbound calls daily to prospective customers
  • Present product features and benefits using consultative selling techniques
  • Overcome objections and negotiate win-win solutions
  • Close sales and process orders accurately

Customer Engagement

  • Build rapport quickly through active listening and tailored solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM system
  • Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships

Performance & Compliance

  • Meet/exceed daily/weekly sales quotas
  • Adhere to call scripts while personalizing conversations
  • Maintain compliance with all telemarketing regulations

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required (College degree preferred)
  • 1+ years telesales or call center experience
  • Proven sales track record (retail, hospitality, or service industry experience accepted)

Technical Skills

  • Basic CRM familiarity (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Comfort with dialer systems and call tracking software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
