Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach:
- Make 60-80 outbound calls daily to prospective customers
- Present product features and benefits using consultative selling techniques
- Overcome objections and negotiate win-win solutions
- Close sales and process orders accurately
Customer Engagement
- Build rapport quickly through active listening and tailored solutions
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM system
- Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships
Performance & Compliance
- Meet/exceed daily/weekly sales quotas
- Adhere to call scripts while personalizing conversations
- Maintain compliance with all telemarketing regulations
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required (College degree preferred)
- 1+ years telesales or call center experience
- Proven sales track record (retail, hospitality, or service industry experience accepted)
Technical Skills
- Basic CRM familiarity (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Comfort with dialer systems and call tracking software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
