About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Call Center Agent to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will manage inbound inquiries, provide accurate information about our projects and developer offerings, qualify leads, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

You will play a key role in supporting lead generation efforts while representing the brand with professionalism and excellence.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound calls through the company hotline, ensuring prompt response times in line with established service level agreements and delivering a professional, customer-centric experience.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on the developer, projects, unit types, and available offerings while effectively identifying customer needs and qualifying lead potential.
  • Capture and maintain complete and accurate lead information following each interaction, including customer details, project preferences, and budget range where applicable.
  • Monitor and track call activity, ensuring all interactions are recorded accurately within the designated systems and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • Prepare and submit daily performance reports, including call volumes, response metrics, missed calls, and lead generation outcomes while consistently representing the organization's brand values and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment; prior experience within the real estate sector is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and build rapport.
  • High attention to detail with strong data entry and administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM or lead management systems.
