Role Description
This is a contract on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, as a Busser at LÜLU’S. The Busser will assist with ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests by promptly clearing tables, resetting dining spaces, and supporting servers in providing excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities will also include maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas and assisting with stocking utensils as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to foster positive guest experiences and address customer needs effectively.
- Effective Communication abilities to work collaboratively with the team and engage with customers in a professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and quality in preparation and presentation.
- A willingness to learn and the ability to undergo Training to continuously enhance service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain composure under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and high activity levels during shifts.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
