About The Role

OCAAL Group is seeking an experienced Business Support Manager to lead and enhance our Shared Services structure across the group.

This role focuses on overseeing and optimizing existing support functions, strengthening coordination, and driving higher operational performance across departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Shared Services, or Corporate Support leadership roles
  • Experience managing multi-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and administrative structures
  • Ability to optimize and scale existing operational frameworks
  • Strong leadership, structure, and execution mindset
  • Experience in hybrid or distributed teams is preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all Shared Services functions across the group
  • Manage and align existing HR operations (Recruitment, Policies, Performance, Employee Lifecycle)
  • Supervise IT teams (Systems, Infrastructure, Access Management, Digital Operations)
  • Coordinate with Finance & Accounting for reporting, budgeting support, and cost visibility
  • Oversee Legal & Compliance coordination (Contracts, Corporate Governance, Documentation)
  • Supervise Design & Internal Creative Support teams
  • Ensure effective coordination between Program Management and Support Functions
  • Improve internal processes, policies, and SOPs where needed
  • Monitor KPIs and drive operational performance improvements
  • Provide structured reporting and operational insights to executive leadership
  • Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management practices
