We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for a 24 months Graduate Programme under Services
. The position will report Business Solutions Manager and is based at Midrand.

Job Purpose

The programme offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in the transport rail manufacturing industry. Participants will experience a dynamic and challenging work environment, collaborating with various teams across the organization. The role includes servicing and maintaining high‑quality products, as well as supporting the monitoring of compliance with Gibela’s requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business processes support, and continuous improvement
  • End-User training and development of guides
  • Reporting and analysis for operational and management review
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing and systems enhancements
  • Ensuring compliance and governance of the ERP system

    • Minimum Requirements

  • B-Tech/BEngTech:
    Industrial Engineering, Information Systems
  • South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age

    • Behavioural requirements include:

  • Demonstrate Honesty, Integrity, Teamwork and Respect
  • Reliable, efficient, self-reliant and flexible
