Business Process Expert

• Analyse, design, and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and manage a team responsible for process optimisation and operational excellence.
• Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies within current business processes.
• Develop and implement standardised processes, policies, and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align processes with business objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Provide strategic input into operational and financial planning.
• Facilitate change management and ensure successful implementation of new processes.
• Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Mentor, guide, and develop team members.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Financial Management, Industrial Engineering, or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience with Microsoft Teams & Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma – advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in business process management, improvement, or operational strategy.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
