The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions, analyzing market and competitor trends, interpreting complex data, and generating reports to enhance business performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to support informed decision-making.
- Design and manage business intelligence solutions to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate key findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data models and monitor performance outcomes.
- Establish and maintain data structures, definitions, and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and strategic manner.
- Detect and interpret patterns or trends in complex datasets to drive business growth.
Skills And Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, interpret, and present large volumes of data
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, along with expertise in databases like SQL
- Solid understanding of statistical tools and business reporting techniques
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly
