Job Function
Drive sales within the specified geographic area by engaging distributors and working closely with the outbound teams to ensure required orders are generated and efficiently serviced.
Help design and execute an optimal distributor network within the territory. Maintain a delicate balance by ensuring ICS is seen as a neutral partner for all distributors while promoting the mutual interest of affiliates.
Key Performance Areas
- Deliver sales performance across all principals in line with agreed targets.
- Ensure ICS neutrality is understood and maintained across all distributors.
- Support forecasting and local markets insights.
- Quick resolution of operational issues between distributors and DP World.
- Evaluate market trends, gather and share competitive information.
- Provide oversight leadership for sales reps.
- Ensure distributors place orders to achieve right inventory holding as per agreed norms across all principals. Avoid out of stocks and over stocking.
- Interact with customers to drive strategic objective of the business.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities and drive business expansion within the territory.
Qualifications Required
- A tertiary qualification in Science, Sales and Marketing or business.
Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum of 10 years in in senior sales management, with proven track record in healthcare within the territory.
- Good experience of distributor management and indebt knowledge of the distributor network within the territory.
- Cross functional work experience with marketing and supply chain.
- Understanding of regulatory landscape of the territory.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
