About the role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a high volume B2B outbound sales role.
This position is focused entirely on cold calling using a power dialer. You will spend the majority of your day speaking with founders, executives, and senior decision makers across the US and European markets.
This is a hands on outbound role, not inbound sales, account management, or email only outreach.
Key responsibilities
- High volume B2B cold calling using a power dialer
- Outbound prospecting to founders, CEOs, COOs, and senior operators
- Running short discovery and qualification calls
- Pitching value clearly in under 60 seconds
- Objection handling and call control
- Booking qualified meetings for senior sales leadership
- Maintaining accurate notes in CRM tools
- Improving call scripts and talk tracks based on performance data
Required skills and experience
- Strong spoken English with clear articulation
- Confidence speaking to senior decision makers
- Experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, or tele sales
- Comfort with power dialers and high daily call volumes
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Strong listening and qualification skills
Preferred background
- SaaS sales, B2B services, recruiting, staffing, or agency sales experience
- Prior experience booking meetings for founders or sales leaders
