Mindoja is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, expanding partnerships, and supporting our events and children’s product lines across all branches.

Role Overview

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and converting leads into successful deals. The role focuses on working closely with schools, nurseries, corporate clients, and marketing agencies while supporting brand expansion and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Business Growth & Partnerships

•⁠ ⁠Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with schools, nurseries, corporate clients, and marketing agencies

•⁠ ⁠Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to promote Mindoja’s events and children’s products

•⁠ ⁠Support expansion across existing and new branches

•⁠ ⁠Sales Strategy & Execution

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute sales and business development plans to achieve growth targets

•⁠ ⁠Convert leads into successful deals through negotiation and closing

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and events

•⁠ ⁠Client Relationship Management

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

•⁠ ⁠Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage repeat business

•⁠ ⁠Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts

•⁠ ⁠Product & Event Knowledge

•⁠ ⁠Maintain strong knowledge of Mindoja’s products, events, and experiential offerings

•⁠ ⁠Present customized solutions aligned with client needs

•⁠ ⁠Proposals & Commercial Offers

•⁠ ⁠Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and pricing offers

•⁠ ⁠Follow up on proposals and manage negotiations until closure

•⁠ ⁠Market & Performance Analysis

•⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends and competitor activity

•⁠ ⁠Track sales pipelines, performance, and report results to management

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

•⁠ ⁠2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships

(experience in events, FMCG, kids’ products, or entertainment is a plus)

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple accounts and branches

•⁠ ⁠Results-driven mindset with strong relationship-building skills
