POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Business Development & Sales Executive to grow our aftermarket parts division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining key client relationships, and driving sales across automotive, commercial vehicle, and industrial parts.

The role requires a strong understanding of aftermarket products and the ability to engage effectively with clients in the transport, fleet, workshop, and industrial sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within the aftermarket parts sector
  • Identify and grow business opportunities with fleets, workshops, resellers, OEM alternatives, and industrial clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and provide technical support where required
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the automotive or industrial parts sector
  • Strong knowledge of aftermarket parts (e.g. filters, lubricants, components, spares, or related product lines)
  • Existing network within commercial transport, fleet, workshop, or industrial markets is advantageous
  • Ability to translate technical product features into customer value
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
