Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted marketing campaigns and warm leads to generate new business opportunities
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and present tailored technology solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through proactive follow-up and personalized communication
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing within a technology or software environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales activities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Experience in technical sales or business development roles is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling campaigns and warm calling techniques to generate leads and build rapport
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
