Requirements:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Business Development
✔ Construction industry experience is a must
✔ Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities
🔹 Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and developers
🔹 Monitor market trends and project opportunities
