Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our healthcare operations in Ethiopia. The role focuses on driving business growth through healthcare sales, client engagement, B2B partnerships, and account management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare sales and marketing, strong client communication skills, and the ability to manage operations and partnerships effectively.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in client communication, sales outreach, and business meetings.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, project management, and service execution.
- Strong account management and client retention skills.
- Experience in B2B tie-ups, partnerships, and corporate collaborations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Client Communication: Manage client interactions, conduct sales outreach, presentations, and meetings.
- Account Management: Oversee existing accounts, ensure smooth operations execution, and maintain long-term relationships.
- B2B Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and corporate clients.
- Operations & Project Coordination: Support execution of healthcare projects and ensure timely service delivery.
- Client Retention: Drive retention excellence through proactive engagement and service quality monitoring.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to align business goals with operational execution.

- This is an on-site role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
- The role may require regular client meetings and field visits.
