We are now seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Description
- Proactively identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across key verticals, especially mining, public transportation, and GPS tracking solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners in South Africa, focusing on sustainable growth and win-win cooperation.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities within the region.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a hunter mindset and strong sales execution skills.
- Collaborate with technical support and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent Streamax at industry events, expos, and client meetings.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Science & Engineering majors such as computer hardware, software, and communications, and language specialty majors;
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within GPS tracking, mining, or transportation-related industries.
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Able to adapt to frequent travel and on-site assignments; proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric service mindset.
