- Manage both existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending investments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Lead and provide direction to Account managers on new opportunities to assure complete understanding of evolving operational & strategic customer needs.
- Business Development Manager (BDM) and Material Manager in port operations.
- Responsible for negotiating contracts with clients and stakeholders.
- Overseeing material handling and logistics within port operations.
- Applying strong marketing and technical expertise in field activities.
- Driving B2B sales and business growth initiatives.
- Utilizing a combination of marketing strategies and technical knowledge to support operations and client engagement.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development B2B.
