Position: Business Development Manager (Key Accounts)

The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a portfolio of established key accounts, including major service providers, resellers, and distributors. This is a growth-focused, relationship-expansion role.
Your mission:
- Unlock new opportunities within existing clients
- Build relationships across multiple departments
- Position the business as a technology-enabled solutions partner
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and margin growth within existing key accounts
- Expand into new departments, contacts, and business units
- Develop and execute structured account growth plans
- Build multi-level relationships across procurement, technical, and executive teams
- Leverage AI-powered tools to strengthen client engagement and close deals
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline management
- Collaborate internally to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Identify new business opportunities within the ICT aftermarket
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Experience
- 5–10 years’ B2B sales experience
- Proven success in growing existing accounts
- Experience working with large, multi-stakeholder clients
- Exposure to IT distribution, technology, MRO, or related industries
- Strong understanding of the South African market
