Job Description
Position Title: Business Development Manager
Department: Sales
Location: Africa (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Seeking for new potential Introducing Broker (IB) or client
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives (South Africa)
- Need to be active to call customers regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Follow up and maintain customer relationships
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Achieve the best in sales target and KPI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields or higher.
- Professionals with early to mid-level experience
- Working experience in stock, securities, banking, insurance, wealth management is preferred
- Knowledge of Stock, Securities, Forex market, Meta trader 4 will be an advantage
- Good communication skills. Good service mind and good customer handing skill.
- Able to work under pressure
- Sales-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill
- Good attitude and team player
