Growth Manager / BDM – Loyalty, Rewards & Incentive Solutions

This role places you at the center of the loyalty and incentives landscape, helping major brands transform the way they attract, retain, and engage customers. As Growth Director, you will design and execute strategies that secure high‑value, multi‑year partnerships across sectors such as retail, FMCG, telecoms, financial services, utilities, travel, and subscription industries.

Your mission is simple: open doors, win long‑term revenue, and shape loyalty programs that create real behavioural change.

What This Role Is Really About

You will lead business development for large‑scale loyalty and engagement programs — programs that run year‑round, require deep insight, and deliver strong commercial results for clients. These are partnerships that typically run 12+ months and directly impact customer retention, brand affinity, and long‑term value.

You will use data, consumer behaviour insights, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and pitch compelling program solutions that help brands increase engagement without relying on heavy discounts or traditional promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Win High‑Value Growth Opportunities

  • Identify and pursue long‑term partnership opportunities with enterprise‑level brands.
  • Build a strong personal pipeline using inbound leads, SDR support, and your own strategic networking.
  • Understand client challenges and position intelligent, value‑driven loyalty solutions.

Lead the Full BD Cycle

  • Guide senior stakeholders through discovery, strategic consultation, and solution design.
  • Create briefs and collaborate with internal strategists, analysts, and reward experts on proposals.
  • Lead RFP responses and proactively pitch loyalty, rewards, and incentive solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and secure multi‑year contracts.

Become a Trusted Advisor

  • Build deep, executive‑level relationships across marketing, commercial, and customer teams.
  • Represent the business with authority at industry events and sector conferences.
  • Nurture relationships that evolve into long‑term, evergreen revenue streams.

Ensure Growth Accountability

  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to forecasting, CRM accuracy, and pipeline management.
  • Structure deals with strong commercial terms and secure payment agreements.

Who You Are

  • A commercially strong BD leader with proven experience selling solutions in loyalty, CRM, CX, digital engagement, incentives, or data‑led marketing.
  • Comfortable engaging with C‑suite and senior marketing/commercial decision-makers.
  • Adept at managing large, complex, multi‑stakeholder deals and long sales cycles.
  • A creative problem solver with the ability to translate customer challenges into program concepts that shift behaviour and grow ROI.
  • Highly confident presenting, negotiating, and pitching strategic ideas.
  • Data‑led, insight‑driven, and experienced in using analytics to shape program recommendations.
  • Strong communicator with emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Skilled in time management, prioritisation, and running multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Competent with CRM tools, PowerPoint, Excel, and comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach and thought leadership.
