We operate across multiple international corridors and specialize in cross-border settlement, SME payments and remittance infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across our commercial divisions.

Role Overview

This is a senior growth role responsible for driving revenue across:

  • SME cross-border payment solutions
  • Remittance operator infrastructure partnerships
  • Retail corridor expansion strategy

You will work directly with leadership to expand transaction volume, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen corridor presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close high-value SME clients with recurring cross-border payment needs
  • Develop and onboard remittance operators and strategic payment partners
  • Drive transaction volume growth across supported corridors
  • Negotiate commercial agreements aligned with margin targets
  • Contribute to corridor expansion strategy and market entry planning
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure sustainable growth
  • Build and manage a pipeline of revenue-generating accounts

Ideal Candidate

Required:

  • 5+ years experience in fintech, remittance, FX brokerage, or cross-border payments
  • Strong understanding of international payment flows and FX mechanics
  • Proven record of closing B2B revenue-generating deals
  • Experience working in regulated financial environments
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with SME trade flows
  • Experience onboarding payment operators
  • Existing network within cross-border payment ecosystems
