Job Purpose
To manage and lead a team of sales and tele-sales specialists, driving the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and managing key customer accounts and relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement team sales strategies and plans; set individual and team targets.
- Oversee the team's sales pipeline and activities; participate in key negotiations and closing complex deals.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales/tele-sales team; conduct performance reviews; foster collaboration within the team and with other departments
- Monitor team performance against KPIs; prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management; ensure CRM data integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 7+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
- Advanced CRM skills, MS Office Suite.
- Leadership, Coaching, Motivation, Strategic Planning, Problem-Solving.
- Sales Management, CRM Proficiency, Sales Forecasting, Contract Negotiation.
- Must Own a car.
