Position: Job Title:Business Development Manager
Gauteng, Johannesburg Business Development Manager (IT / Software Sales)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive lead generation, prospecting, and new client acquisition.
  • Secure long-term partnerships with corporate and tech clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enter new markets.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within new accounts.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored staffing and development solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of tech trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports to senior management.
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in IT sales/business development within tech, software, or corporate environments.
  • Proven track record of bringing in new clients (not account management only).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and software development environments.
  • Established and usable network within the tech or corporate space.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
