Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Nairobi County, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and contribute to the achievement of revenue objectives. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business opportunities across NGOs, government, and private sector
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation to deal closure
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Execute go-to-market strategies and expand market presence
  • Deliver product demos and articulate value propositions
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall growth

What We're Looking For

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation with at least 10 years of proven experience
  • Strong B2B, enterprise experience and Account Management and Business Strategy
  • Proven ability to foster customer relationships and build trust
  • Sales or business development experience in procurement environment is a plus
  • Well-connected within Kenya’s business ecosystem
  • Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude and with Excellent negotiation skills
  • Based in Kenya & available to join immediately
