Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute business development and revenue growth strategies aligned to organisational objectives
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value prospects and commercial deals
- Lead contract negotiations and conclude agreements within approved commercial frameworks
- Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships to drive retention and expansion
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial submissions
- Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility to executive leadership
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business development, commercial or enterprise sales
- At least 3 years operating at a senior or executive level
- Proven track record in achieving revenue growth and closing complex deals
- Experience in strategic partnerships and executive stakeholder engagement
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Strategic sales and pipeline management
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management
- High-level proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
