Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
- Support sales and marketing teams in developing and executing business strategies.
- Deliver effective technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and manage partnerships aligned with company objectives.
- Share customer feedback to support product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or technical sales
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing teams
