We're a Dubai-based company looking for a motivated Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. This is a remote opportunity, ideal for someone eager to develop their career in an international environment.
What you'll do
As a Junior Business Developer, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiating commercial opportunities and supporting the sales process from first contact to closing.
- Keeping our CRM up to date and tracking sales activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
- Contributing ideas and strategies to support business growth.
We're looking for someone who
- Is fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Has a genuine passion for business development and sales.
- Is confident communicating with clients and negotiating opportunities.
- Has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Is proactive, curious, and motivated to achieve results.
- Is comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or has equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or account management is a plus—but we're equally interested in candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn. What we offer
