About Us

San Trading Group is a growing and dynamic company focused on expanding its retail footprint and strengthening its e-commerce presence. We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Sales Developer to help scale our brand into new retail channels and optimize our online sales performance.

Job Summary

The Business Sales Developer will be responsible for securing new retail partnerships, managing key retail accounts, and overseeing the growth and performance of our e-commerce portfolio. The ideal candidate has proven experience in retail business development and online sales management, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.

Key Duties & Responsibilitie

  • Retail Business Development
  • Identify, approach, and secure new retail partnerships.
  • Negotiate trading terms and manage onboarding of new retail accounts.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail buyers.
  • Develop and execute retail expansion strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • E-Commerce Portfolio Management
  • Oversee and manage online marketplace accounts and e-commerce platforms.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure stock availability and campaign alignment.
  • Analyze sales data and provide monthly performance reports.

Sales & Performance

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to increase revenue across channels.
  • Track KPIs and identify areas for growth and improvement.

Requirements.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with major retailers and online marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for retail visits).e)

Advantageous

  • Existing relationships with retail buyers.
  • Experience in FMCG / wholesale / distribution (if applicable).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales optimization.
