Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
- Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of solutions
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with telecom systems/processes
- Familiarity with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Mandatory Requirements (Important):
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Prior experience in MTN would be advantageous.
- Telecom industry experience (must-have)
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework
- Experience working in hybrid environments (business + IT teams)
