Business Analyst

This is a contract ending on 15 December 2026 with our client in the banking sector.

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to drive requirements for our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform. You will lead the elicitation process, shape onboarding and compliance rules, and act as the core bridge between Business, Compliance, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Requirements & Agile: Lead elicitation and define functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for BaaS onboarding and capabilities.
• 
  Compliance & Rules: Define and continuously tune product, compliance, and onboarding rules.
• 
  Collaboration & Governance: Facilitate alignment across business, compliance, and tech teams; ensure requirements are development-ready.
• 
  Design & Testing: Support solution design discussions, participate in UAT/business validation, and maintain full requirements-to-delivery traceability.

Core Deliverables

• BRDs, Agile user stories, functional specs, and process flows.
• Product rule definitions and updates.
• UAT test cases, results, and stakeholder sign-off artefacts.
• Traceability matrix (linking requirements, delivery, and regulatory needs).

Requirements & Success Metrics

• 
  Experience:Proven background as a Senior/Lead BA within Fintech, Banking, or BaaS.
• 
  Skills:Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, compliance rules, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
• 
  Success Metrics (Measured in Jira): Delivery of complete, approved requirements; adherence to the "Definition of Done"; and flawless compliance traceability.
