We are seeking a driven and people-focused Bulk Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment initiatives across various projects and programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale recruitment campaigns with a strong focus on identifying candidates with the right attitude, potential, and cultural fit, alongside meeting hiring and operational requirements.

This role will also support recruitment initiatives involving persons with disabilities (PWDs) and requires a recruiter who can engage professionally and inclusively with diverse candidate groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple roles and projects.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates within agreed turnaround times.
  • Conduct telephonic screening interviews and assess candidate suitability based on both technical requirements and attitude-to-hire considerations.
  • Support inclusive recruitment initiatives, including the recruitment of persons with disabilities (PWDs).
  • Maintain ongoing candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, onboarding documentation, and recruitment administration.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and project-based hiring needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure recruitment targets and delivery deadlines are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and recruitment activity tracking.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 minimum; relevant HR or Recruitment qualification advantageous.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing bulk or high-volume recruitment projects.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening capability.
  • Ability to assess soft skills, professionalism, and attitude-to-hire indicators.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/platforms.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting for learnerships, graduate programmes, or project-based workforce initiatives.
  • Experience supporting recruitment initiatives involving persons with disabilities (PWDs).
  • Exposure to agency, RPO, BPO, or project recruitment environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment reporting tools.
